Old timers who spent their childhood in the area where Rucker Cemetery is located say that at one time this was a very
large cemetery. Now only nine grave sites can be located. The cemetery started when the Rucker Family lived on the land.
From Denton, Texas take US 380 East to FR 2931 - North on FR 2931 for 0.9 miles - on right side of road is a metal gate - go through gate approximately 275 yards to small graveyard amid trees.
