Mr. Ernest Dale Anderson, 75, of Colorado City, died Tuesday, February 11, 2003 in a local hospital. Services were held Thursday in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with Reverend Mike Foster officiating. Burial followed in the Colorado City Cemetery under direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Anderson was born December 7, 1927 in Pearidge, Arkansas to Ernest and Pearl Patterson Anderson and had been a resident of Colorado City since 1948. He married Beulah Fay Yancey on September 22, 1952 in Colorado City. He was a retired maintenance employee for the Texas Highway Department and a Baptist.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Fay Anderson of Colorado City; a son, Alan Anderson of San Angelo; three daughters, Glenda Sue Edwards of Mexia, Dana Kay Lynch and Arin Elizabeth Redwine, both of Colorado City; a sister, LaFern Allman of Columbus, Indiana; a brother, Johnny Anderson of Lago Vista; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews..
