COLORADO CITY ~~ William Warren Anderson, 85, of Colorado City died at noon
Tuesday in a Lubbock hospital of natural causes. Services will be at 2 p.m.
Thursday in the First Methodist Church.
The Rev. Bob Ford, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Colorado City
Cemetery, directed by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Born March 31, 1892, in Glasgow, Kansas, he was a retired stock farmer. He
married Velma Blassingame December 31, 1915, in Bonham. He was a Methodist
and a member of the Methodist Men's Sunday school class.
Mrs. Anderson died July 19, 1975.
Survivors incllude four daughters, Wilma Reynolds, Geneva Killian and Irene
Ritchey, all of Colorado City and Era Jane Richey of Ballinger; a son,
Warren of Colorado City; a brother, Milam of Bonham; 13 grandchildren and
nine great-grandchildren. |
