COLORADO CITY ~~ Frank P. Dearen, 81, of Colorado City died Monday at 5:40
p.m. Funeral services are pending at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Born September 8, 1895 in Van Zandt County, he married Lena Mae Lee
September 15, 1915 in Mitchell County. She died February 10, 1971. He was a
retired electrician and a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Frances Goodson of Colorado City, Mrs.
Sherman Whitaker of Big Spring, Mrs. Spencer McCorcle of Odessa and Mrs.
Dale Sawyer of Austin; a son, Wylie of Farmington, New Mexico; 12
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Son of Joseph William Dearen and Louisa Jones Dearen.
