COLORADO CITY ~~ Mrs. Lila Inez Dearen, 66,died in Root Memorial Hospital Friday about 3:30 p.m. after a long illness.

Born in Crockett March 10, 1898, she came to Mitchell County in 1906, and had lived in Colorado City the past 41 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Funeral will be held at the First Baptist Church in Colorado City at 2:30 p.m. Saturday with the pastor, the Rev. M. A. Smith, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Loraine Cemetery, Kiker and Son Funeral Home in charge.

Nephews will be pallbearers.

Survivors are one son, Toby of Colorado City; three sisters, Mrs. O. C. Lucas of Loraine, Mrs. J. C. Elrod of Comanche, and Mrs. Arlene Cook of Colorado City; and three grandchildren.
