Obituary For: Manuela C. Sanchez |
Manuela C. Sanchez, age 75, passed away on July 28, 2013 at
her home in Loraine. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held
on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 10AM at Saint Joseph's
Catholic Church in Loraine with Father Michael Udegbunam
officiating. Burial will follow in the Loraine Cemetery.
Mrs. Sanchez was born on February 11, 1938 in Loraine, TX to
Abraham and Cipriana Castro. Manuela married Florentino
Sanchez and was a resident of Loraine all her life. Manuela
was a member of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church where she
served as a Guadalupana. She was a cook at the Loraine
Senior Center for many years and truly enjoyed serving the
community. She was a loving wife and proud mother of one
daughter and five sons.
Mrs. Sanchez is survived by four sons, Frank Sanchez and
wife Julie, Bobby Sanchez and wife Susan, Joe Sanchez and
wife Jennifer, and Isidro Sanchez, all of Loraine; five
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother,
Jose A. Castro of Sweetwater.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Florentino Sanchez;
her daughter, Gloria Sanchez Garcia; one son, Florentino
Sanchez Jr.; one sister; and three brothers.
There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013
with a rosary beginning at 7PM at the Kiker-Seale Funeral
Home Chapel.
Services are under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale
Funeral Home. |
