SNYDER DAILY NEWS http://www.snyderdailynews.com/Stories/index.htm Linden Horn 1934-2000 TALCO, Tex. � Linden Horn, the father of Patty Kuhl of Snyder, died Monday, Oct. 16, in McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Funeral service for Mr. Horn, 66, is set for 2 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church in Talco with the Rev. Keith Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Talco Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. Born Jan. 10, 1934 in Johnston, Tex., he married Erma Jo Blackwell on Feb. 19, 1955 in Sugar Hill. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Horn was a member of the Pythion Lodge of Longview and was a Baptist. A resident of Talco, he was a retired truck driver and had owned and operated the Bogata Barber Shop for 10 years. He was preceded in death by his father, John Ervin Horn, in 1983; and by a brother, Delois �Skeet� Horn, in 1976. Survivors include his wife, Jo Horn of Talco; another daughter and her husband, Vickie and Ricky Howard of Mt. Pleasant; another son-in-law, Bobby Kuhl of Snyder; his mother, Ruby Horn of Talco; a brother, Jerry Horn of Madeira, Calif.; and four grandchildren, Chad Kuhl and his wife, Michelle, and Kristin Kuhl, all of Snyder, and Ashley Mankins and Callie Howard, both of Mt. Pleasant; three great-grandchildren, Christopher Sorrels, Casey Krop and Braison Kuhl.
