The Jackson Cemetery is located between the 8800 and 8900 blocks of Chapin Road, Benbrook, Texas. Even though it is on the north side of Chapin Road, this cemetery in not located in Fort Worth.
The earliest marked grave is Isabella S. Dunlap (November 1817 - December 11, 1867).
At the time this survey was completed in October 1997, it was noted that there were some stones missing. Inscriptions from an earlier survey are marked with an asterisk.

It is reported that James Henry BURSEY, died April 28, 1900, is buried in this cemetery. This information was provided by one of his living descendants. The BURSEY family had been in the area since 1854. If a cemetery plat does exist, it may be in the possession of one of the DUNLAP descendants. Any info on the whereabouts of such a plat would be appreciated.
